- Reservation: Reservation at least (2) days prior to guest’s preferred date is required. You may send your reservation requests to [email protected].
- E-Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
- All E-vouchers are subject to validation upon presentation.
- Eligibility: Age limitations and eligibility for entry and/or dine-in (such as an individual’s vaccination status) are subject to the prevailing Alert level classification and IATF guidelines on the date of voucher redemption.
- For OFWs / ROFs, boarding pass, or Philippine passport with stamp valid within the last 30 days must be presented to the tour ambassador and sales associate in order to enjoy the discount at The Gift Boutique
- Tour Proper: To ensure our guests’ safety, each tour group will only have a maximum number of four participants. In case of large groups, it shall be divided into clusters with maximum of four guests. All guests must wear face masks for the entire duration of the day tour.
- Cancellation / Rebooking: Request for cancellation or rebooking must be done at least 24 hours prior to the confirmed schedule. Otherwise, guests will be tagged as no-show and no further rebooking or refund will be allowed. Rescheduling of day tour will be subject to availability.
- Guests are encouraged to be in their most comfortable footwear for the duration of the walking tour.
Redemption
- Kindly email [email protected] to reserve your day tour and spa experience schedule. Please ensure to attach a copy of your e-voucher with confirmation number.
- Please wait for an email from an Okada Manila Destination Marketing representative confirming details of your day tour schedule and spa reservation. The confirmation email shall have the following information: confirmed date and time of the tour, meeting place, and contact number.
- If participant/s wish/es to avail of the free Reward Circle membership and discount vouchers (applicable on their next visit), kindly email copy/ies of valid government-issued ID that clearly indicates the participant’s name, address and date of birth. Reward Circle membership is only open to individuals who are 21 years old and above.
- Guests are highly encouraged to arrive on time on the day of their tour to avoid forfeiture of their reservation.
- Each tour group will comprise a maximum number of 4 participants. Should any member of the tour group fail to appear on the given tour date, no refunds or cash conversion will be made to the guest.
On the day of Tour
- All participants must scan and fill-up Okada Manila’s health declaration form via QR code upon entry to the property.
- All participants will be met by a tour ambassador (TA) at the designated meeting place to be indicated in the confirmation email. Participants may also contact the mobile number indicated in the confirmation email. Strictly no latecomers or reservation might be forfeited.
- TA will be responsible in guiding the guests throughout the duration of the day tour.
- At the end of the tour, TA shall escort the group to the spa area.
- Upon entry to the spa, guest must present a copy of their e-voucher to the Spa concierge.
- Participants may be asked to sign a guest check to confirm redemption of the voucher.
- Guests are free to stay in the property even after the tour has ended.
